Sleep consultation for baby and toddler sleep – online or in person

Online

You're worried because your baby or toddler takes a long time to fall asleep, is awake late at night, constantly wants to nurse, or can only sleep in a carrier. Or perhaps you have other concerns or questions about baby and toddler sleep. I offer individualized support for you and your child, tailored to their natural sleep development.

Examples of topics for a sleep consultation include:
- (Too) long sleep support
- Nighttime awakenings/frequent waking
- Falling asleep with other caregivers
- Changes in (falling into) sleep habits
- Changes in nighttime breastfeeding/continuous suckling
- Safety during baby and toddler sleep

My approach to sleep consultation: Following our conversation, you will not receive a sleep schedule from me. My consultation is not sleep training, because a child doesn't need to be trained. I differentiate myself from behavioral therapy-based sleep consultations and explain how you can lovingly and age-appropriately change sleep habits and times.
Individual consultation takes place after a detailed analysis of your family situation and taking into account the child's sleep development.

The consultation can take place online, at my place, or at your home (in the Leverkusen/Cologne/Düsseldorf area).
Your investment in restful nights: €70/hour, then €17.50/15 minutes

Hello, I'm Sarah – mother of two children, attachment-oriented family companion® and here to accompany you for a while on your journey.

My own journey into motherhood wasn't easy: Breastfeeding started slowly, the nights were long – and the advice was often contradictory or outdated. Back then, I immersed myself in the topics of breastfeeding, sleep, and weaning, tried many things – and at some point realized: I don't just want to know, I want to share my knowledge.

Today I support families with all aspects of breastfeeding, baby and toddler sleep, and complementary feeding – with sound knowledge, genuine empathy, and an open ear for what is currently on your mind.
As an attachment-oriented family support worker® (BFB), I work professionally, individually, resource-oriented – and always with a focus on what is important to you.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I believe in individual solutions, in you as a team – and in the fact that things can be easier.

I am here – for you, for all of you.
