I'll help you with everyday household tasks, cook for you, assist with infant care, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and provide emotional support. My goal is for you to feel well cared for and to fully enjoy your time with your newborn.

As a postpartum doula, I offer a diverse range of services designed to give you space to recover and make the start of family life as relaxed as possible. These include:

• Infant care and baby care


• Support with breastfeeding and baby carriers

• Shopping and breastfeeding-friendly cooking


• Small household chores


• Care of the newborn and, if applicable, siblings


• Relaxing massages and postpartum exercises


• Accompaniment to doctor's appointments


• Help with implementing your midwife's recommendations


• Emotional support for anxieties and questions

 

My goal is for you to feel well cared for and to fully enjoy your pregnancy and time with your newborn.

 

You decide what your focus is. Should I cook you a delicious and healthy meal? Take your baby out for a walk and give you some time for yourself? Unload the dishwasher and hang up your laundry?
