As a postpartum doula, I will care for and support you during this very special and intense (new) phase of your life.

I want you to be well and to enable you to have a beautiful and relaxed time getting to know your baby.

I'm giving you time so you can recover and relax, catch up on sleep and recharge your batteries.

If needed, I can support you with infant care.

I will support you with advice and practical help, I have an open ear for you and time for in-depth conversations.

I am happy to prepare healthy and breastfeeding-friendly meals for you, buy the necessary items, or take care of other small daily tasks.

I occasionally look after the siblings, take them to and/or pick them up from daycare/school, and do small household chores.

If medically indicated (even during pregnancy), an application for reimbursement of costs can be submitted to the health insurance company.
