Doula support

We are a team of two women who have dedicated ourselves to being doulas. We have each given birth to two children and live with our families in Bremen.

As doulas, we offer a range of services. Our support can begin as early as pregnancy. We'll get to know each other and discuss your interests and what kind of collaboration would suit you best.
We will accompany and support you during your birth.

During the postpartum period and beyond, we offer you a listening ear, help you create a comfortable and secure environment, and get your household organized so you feel at ease. We advise you on nutrition, self-care, and everything related to your baby. We use various techniques and massages to help your body recover after pregnancy. We show you what you can do for yourself.

We are particularly passionate about rites of passage – the "Blessing Way" at the end of pregnancy and a mothering ceremony.
We are open to your personal requests and want to offer you what you need.
We want your new journey as a mother to begin gently, not rocky.
