The baby course for the entire first year of life

Your baby arrives, and your world is full of questions! With the birth of your baby, your life changes. You're suddenly a mom or dad, and all at once they're there – questions.

BabySteps® This is a holistic baby course starting from the first weeks of life. The focus is on the emotional and motor development of babies and serves as stress prevention for parents. We play, sing, and share experiences! In my courses, I place great emphasis on a non-dogmatic approach to the individual, but often sensitive, topics. I answer all your questions based on the current state of knowledge in developmental and brain research.

The course concept for the soul
In my courses I work according to the pedagogical principle of voluntariness and focus on the many important pieces of information about the first year of a baby's life, as well as the exchange of ideas.

Each lesson covers a different topic:
Sleeping, carrying, milk, complementary feeding, communication and bonding. Elements from baby massage and "kinesthetic infant handling" are also incorporated.
