Baby massage – from the 6th week of life until crawling age

In the baby massage course, I will show you various massage techniques spread throughout the course sessions.

Through the gentle touches of baby massage, your baby experiences warmth, affection, and relaxation. The focus is on well-being, while simultaneously achieving positive effects on circulation, muscles, digestion, and skin blood flow.

Baby massage promotes restful sleep and can reduce crying spells. Your baby should be 6-16 weeks old when you start the course.
