Then you're exactly right for my children's yoga class, just the way you are!

 

In my class, we explore a vibrant world of animals and plants, and a magical realm where you can be anything you want to be. In children's yoga, we can transform, dance, jump, shake, fly, laugh, and relax, spending time together that connects us deeply.

I would be delighted if you would join us and enrich this course with your unique qualities.

 

Where: In Düsseldorf

When: Wednesdays at Schielin Sports

Thursdays at the St. Rosenkranz daycare center (also for external children by arrangement)

If you are interested, we can also meet at your facility, family center, or similar in Düsseldorf.

About me:

I am a passionate children's yoga teacher (KYA) with heart and soul.
I work part-time as a kindergarten teacher.
I studied early childhood education and family education (BA).
I am currently studying childhood and social sciences with a focus on movement and health.
I work freelance as a children's yoga teacher and as a children's gymnastics trainer.
As a former competitive gymnast, my path led me to yoga in 2020, away from the pressure to perform and towards a conscious, mindful lifestyle, simply to be! I want to offer this space to children and spend present, mindful time with them on an equal footing, where my yogis feel seen, heard, and accepted.
For me, children's yoga means creating a heart connection with oneself and all living beings around oneself.
