Gentle yoga gives you renewed energy for your everyday life with your baby. You strengthen your pelvic floor, and the dynamic, powerful movements and postures lead to toned abdominal, gluteal, and leg muscles. Your shoulder, back, and neck muscles are specifically relaxed and strengthened. Dynamic exercises that strengthen your core, asanas that incorporate your baby, are combined with gentle yoga baby sequences from baby massage. In some exercises, the babies also lie together on a blanket.
