Dancing for pregnant women and dancing with baby

Lady Vital Center Erding, Franz-Brombach-Straße, Erding-Klettham, Germany

It's a dance and fitness concept specifically designed for women in different phases of life, including pregnant women and new mothers with babies in carriers. The training combines simple dance steps with gentle pelvic floor exercises and is often designed as a harmonious workout that promotes fitness, enjoyment of movement, and social interaction.

Siblings are always welcome

Of course, breastfeeding, diaper changes, or bottle feeding can be done at any time.

Participation in my dance course is possible after the postnatal check-up with the gynecologist (usually 8-12 weeks after birth).

You and your baby can participate as long as you both enjoy carrying your baby and feel comfortable.

Please bring the following with you:

- Hand towel

- Water bottle

- Clean footwear that allows you to move comfortably (dancing barefoot is also possible)

- Change of shirt

- Baby carrier (can also be rented for €5 per course)

I'm Marita, a passionate nature lover and dancer. Nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration and relaxation for me. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether hiking, forest bathing, or gardening in my allotment.

Dancing is another great passion of mine. It gives me the opportunity to express my energy and zest for life.

It is particularly important to me to introduce children to the wonders of nature. In my nature experience workshops for children, I invite the youngest participants to playfully discover the beauty and diversity of nature. Together we explore the surroundings, learn about plants and animals, and discover how we can use and protect nature's treasures.

As a certified herbal educator, I enthusiastically share my knowledge of medicinal plants and herbs. In my workshops and courses, I teach the diverse applications of herbs and their positive effects on body and mind.

In my allotment garden, I cultivate a wide variety of plants and herbs. Here, I'll show you what grows in your area and what you can make with it. Whether as medicinal plants, in the kitchen, or for homemade natural cosmetics – I want to bring you closer to nature.
Body and mind are closely connected. What we do with our body affects our psyche, and vice versa. That's why it's so important to maintain a balance between body and mind. By utilizing the bounty of nature, we can promote this balance and enhance our well-being.
Come along on your journey through nature and discover the wonders that grow right on your doorstep.
I look forward to getting to know you and sharing my passions with you!
