I want to show you how well prenatal yoga is suited as physical and mental preparation for childbirth, and how

There will also be a guided meditation and plenty of opportunities for discussion.

Hi!
I am Linda, 30 years old, married and mother of two children.
I work part-time as a doula, PositiveBirth® trainer, breastfeeding consultant, bottle and formula consultant, and also offer Blessingways and various women's circles.
I do all of this in the Hanover, Peine and Hildesheim region.
With these activities, I have found my true calling!
My motto is "Good memories sustain our lives." It's a Japanese proverb and describes so well how much pregnancy, birth, and the time afterward with a baby shape and change us.
