Sleep consultation (baby & toddler)

56323 Waldesch-Hünenfeld, Germany

Your child can sleep – right from the start. However, a child's sleep differs from an adult's in the first few years, which can often lead to challenging and exhausting situations, especially in this area. Possible topics for discussion include:

- general childhood sleep development
- extended sleep support
- nighttime waking periods
- early waking
- Nighttime breastfeeding / Weaning
- Safety during baby and toddler sleep (e.g. in the family bed)
- Changes in (sleep) habits
- different caregivers involved in helping children fall asleep
- Optimizing the sleep environment
...and all other individual questions

At this point, it is important for me to emphasize one thing: My consultations do not involve any sleep training or rigid plans. These aim to help babies and toddlers fall asleep and stay asleep on their own as quickly as possible, even though this does not correspond to their natural sleep development. My goal is to work with you to develop an attachment-based solution tailored to your individual situation, one that all family members are comfortable with.

For individual consultations, I charge €68.00 for the first hour. This is always charged in full due to the time involved.
From the second hour onwards, 17.00 EUR per commenced 15 minutes.
Travel costs 0.60 EUR/km (shortest route according to Google Maps) - for consultations within 56323 Waldesch I do not charge any travel costs.

Breastfeeding, sleeping, complementary feeding – these are topics that you as parents often deal with in the first years of your children's lives.

My name is Jessica, I am 38 years old, a mother of two, and as a BFB attachment-oriented family counselor®, my goal is to support you with your questions and concerns on these topics. It is particularly important to me to consider your child's individual development and to include the needs and resources of all family members.

My training at the BFB Institute for Attachment-Oriented Family Support enables me to support you in all three areas – breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and infant sleep – with current and scientifically sound knowledge. This is a great advantage, as parents' questions usually relate to more than one area.

I would be happy to advise you personally at your home (approx. 30km radius of Waldesch/Koblenz), by telephone or online.

I look forward to your inquiry!
