Yoga helps you experience and enjoy all facets of your pregnancy, counteract physical discomfort, and develop inner peace and intuition. It also helps release stress and tension and strengthens the bond with your baby.
With targeted breathing, endurance and pelvic floor exercises, you will be ideally prepared for the upcoming birth.
In the prenatal yoga session, we will practice asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing/energy techniques), flows, relaxation, massage, and meditation techniques. Ayurvedic knowledge and nutritional tips will also help you to cope with internal and external changes in everyday life.
