Since childhood, I've been fascinated and inspired by sports and health. Therefore, my training and studies in these areas were the perfect choice. There, I discovered my passion for manual therapy combined with movement. Since the birth of my daughter Frieda, I've also been deeply committed to supporting and guiding women through this wonderfully spectacular life event. That's why I want to create a platform for mothers and babies, offering a space for exchange, preparation – both physical and mental – targeted exercise, and relaxation. The most impressive thing is how much we can do to benefit our bodies and minds.
