The birth of a baby is an exceptional situation for the entire family and presents all family members with new challenges.

Especially for the mother, pregnancy, childbirth and caring for a baby are a tremendous physical and mental effort.

In some cases, the costs of postnatal care are covered by health insurance.

As a postpartum doula, I can support you at home during pregnancy and/or after childbirth. I don't replace the work of a midwife, but rather complement it effectively. I offer you personalized support to ensure a stress-free and relaxed start to family life. I am happy to adapt to your individual needs each day and actively support you in resting and recharging as a new mother.
