MelaMotion: Prevention courses for mothers (pelvic floor training, postpartum recovery and full-body fitness with baby)

Welcome to MelaMotion!
After childbirth, our bodies are under strain and often completely out of balance. Here, we offer holistic training that strengthens your body and restores balance to your core. Together, we'll get you fit for everyday life with a baby and optimally prepare you for further athletic challenges.
In my classes we primarily strengthen your core muscles (pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles).
You will learn to use your pelvic floor functionally.
You strengthen and tone your core through targeted training.
You improve your posture and strengthen your back.
You will improve your overall body fitness.
You are welcome to bring your baby to the training session. A large playmat and toys are always available.
MelaMotion courses are certified courses based on the MamaWORKOUT principle. Therefore, your health insurance will also subsidize the course fees.
In the course "„pelvic floor“The focus is on the perception and functional use of the pelvic floor in conjunction with the surrounding abdominal and back muscles. We strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the entire core. Building on this foundation, we mobilize and train the whole body for an upright posture and overall fitness for everyday life with a baby. In the course, I also explain how the pelvic floor works, how to protect it from strain during sports and daily activities, and how to keep it fit and strong through targeted training. You can participate in this course from the 7th week after giving birth following an uncomplicated spontaneous delivery. Your baby is welcome to join you for the training.
If it's been a while since you gave birth and you still want to do something for yourself and your core, you're of course very welcome. It's never too late!
In the course "„Full body strengthening“We will continue to train the muscles of the pelvic floor and core. In addition, we will stretch, strengthen, and mobilize the entire body for good overall fitness and to create the conditions for returning to other sports. This course is more physically demanding than the pelvic floor course and requires that you have already participated in a postpartum recovery course or my pelvic floor course. Since this course is recognized by health insurance companies and subsidized as a preventative course, we are not allowed to actively involve the babies in the exercises (for example, using them as additional weights). However, there is always a large playmat and plenty of toys available.”.
If it's been a while since your postpartum recovery course, you're also very welcome. It's never too late! If you're experiencing pelvic floor problems, I recommend starting with the MamaWorkout pelvic floor course.
Rectus diastasis training (Not a preventative course!): For those suffering from diastasis recti, I offer specialized training in a small group. We'll assess your core muscles, and I'll show you specific exercises for your pelvic floor, abdomen, and back. You'll receive a 6-week exercise plan to practice at home. We'll regularly review your progress together, and I'll give you valuable tips for everyday life as a mom.
