Through my coaching, you will recognize where your individual dissatisfaction comes from, what personal values are within you, and what beliefs prevent you from living according to these values.
We will get very specific and initiate measures that will bring you closer to your individual satisfaction.

I'm a mother of two young children myself, and I use methods from NLP and systemic coaching. I'm your companion, your mirror, a strong shoulder to lean on. With empathy and a focus on change. My coaching takes place online, either one-on-one or in small groups, so we both save time traveling to and from meetings. Because, let's face it, neither of us has time to spare.
