Childbirth preparation course / hurray, we're going to be parents!

Triebweg 109, Stuttgart, Germany

> YIPPEE: We're going to be moms and dads! The birth of a child marks the beginning of an exciting time and a new chapter in your lives. I would love to help you and your partner prepare for this time with this childbirth preparation course and valuable tips. Along with the excitement, you might also have some worries about how you will manage the birth. This is perfectly normal; after all, something completely new is about to happen. In the course, we will cover pregnancy-related topics such as birth preparation, natural, empowered birth, the postpartum period and breastfeeding, as well as topics like medication during labor, cesarean sections, and vacuum extraction. To help you positively influence the birthing process and make it easier, I will show you breathing and relaxation exercises and explain what affirmations and scent anchors are. Together, we will try out birthing-promoting positions. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to connect with other participants in a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, there will also be plenty of time for your individual questions. In this course, I also provide a lot of useful information for the first period after birth, covering topics such as postpartum care, baby care, and equipment tips.

Hello everyone!
I'm Kati, mom of 3 kids,
Sports and gymnastics teacher,
Doula,
Postnatal trainer,
Baby massage course instructor.
For over 20 years now, we have been offering courses for mothers, babies and children at PFIFFIKUS.
In recent years, we have also focused heavily on pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding and recovery, as this has always been a topic close to my heart.
It is important to me that expectant parents go into the birth relaxed and afterwards have a nice postpartum period with a good start to the adventure of breastfeeding.
Once the family has gotten used to each other, I look forward to the mothers in the postpartum recovery course, so that they can still easily jump on the trampoline in 10 years.
