Hello, I'm Ms. B. – your trainer!
Fortunately, I was able to turn my hobby into a profession when I was just 20 years old.
After completing my training as a state-certified sports and gymnastics instructor, I undertook my classical Pilates training with Davorka Kulenovic in Stuttgart. This training encompassed the complete mat and equipment program based on the classical method of Joseph Pilates. In 2010, I simultaneously opened one of the first personal training and Pilates studios in Stuttgart. As founder and co-owner, I supported numerous clients daily in their fitness and health goals, trained personal trainers, and advised companies on implementing workplace fitness programs for employee health promotion.

The birth of my first daughter in 2015 suddenly confronted me with different aspects of training. During my pregnancy, I realized how important an adapted training approach is, both during and especially after pregnancy. The body is in an extraordinary, yet beautiful state and has different needs during this phase. Training after childbirth and the postpartum period, in particular, significantly contributes to a woman's fitness and health after pregnancy. The pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and our entire daily routine require attention and targeted, individually tailored training stimuli.

Through certified training courses and seminars on the topics of pelvic floor, training during and after pregnancy, as well as nutrition and fitness for women, I expanded my knowledge and am therefore happy to be able to help many women individually and in a needs-oriented manner.

My online course MODERN PILATES TRAINING FOR WOMEN is certified by all statutory health insurance companies and recognized as a preventative health course! You can get up to 1001 of the course fee reimbursed by your health insurance company!
