You will receive the ZOOM link with your booking confirmation.

This course is suitable for women and men of all fitness levels.
Women and men without children, or with older children, are also very welcome!

Please note that you can only join the course after your postpartum recovery, or 6 weeks after giving birth.
The course is also suitable for non-mums or non-dads, or if the children are much older!

In this full-body workout, we train for a strong body image and against the enemy "problem and pain zone".
The goal here is a strong stomach, a firm butt, and shapely legs. Combining this training with targeted back exercises will reduce tension and pain.

Feel energized and powerful after your workout! Course content:
– specific muscle building for legs, abs, buttocks & back
– train a strong posture
– train your deep abdominal muscles
– feel energized afterwards
– Strengthens the pelvic floor muscles
– Connect with like-minded people!
