During workouts with a stroller or baby carrier, you'll meet other moms, spend time with your baby, and recharge your batteries while exercising in the fresh air. Whether you're a beginner or already fit, we'll adapt the workout to your individual fitness level.

I offer you effective training in a small group under professional guidance, to strengthen your strength/endurance, coordination, and posture – for greater mobility and a stable core. Specific exercises promote the closure of any existing diastasis recti.

In addition, I will provide you with many tips for pelvic floor-friendly and back-friendly behavior with a baby.

Our parks have so much to offer: benches, walls, stairs, lawns, playgrounds, and swings are transformed into exercise equipment, as is your stroller, whether it's a buggy or a double stroller. Various additional equipment such as XCO, Thera-Bands, rubber bands, Pilates balls, or Brazilians ensure varied workouts, and during the additional floor workout, your child can be included in the training or play with other babies on the mat.
