Anastasija Starodub

As a psychological consultant and social worker, I support parents and couples online in finding a balance between family, career and self-care.

Practical, systemic and effective.

ON-LINE

I help you cope with stressful situations, strengthen your resources, and regain your emotional well-being. Below you will find an overview of my services.

Together we will find the path that suits you.

My name is Anastasija Starodub and I support (expectant) parents during one of the most intense and challenging phases of their lives.

Many parents feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or insecure, even if they rarely show it openly. This is precisely where my work comes in.

I am studying for a Master's degree in Psychology and work as a social worker. Through my experience working with families, I know how stressful this phase can be and how important genuine support is.

My consulting approach combines psychological knowledge and practical experience. I work empathetically, solution-oriented, and with a focus on everyday life, without pressure or judgment.

My name is Anastasija Starodub and I support (expectant) parents during one of the most intense and challenging phases of their lives.

Parenthood is one of life's biggest changes, and also one of the most honest. Many parents are overwhelmed, exhausted, or insecure, even if they rarely show it openly. This is precisely where my work begins.

My professional path led me early on to support people in challenging situations. After my training as a social care assistant, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently continuing my studies with a Master's degree in Psychology. In parallel, I work as a social worker within the framework of the German Social Code, Book IX (SGB IX), supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities. These experiences have shaped my perspective: Every person deserves genuine support, respect, and a safe space.

During my work in outpatient child and youth welfare services under the German Social Code, Book VIII (SGB VIII): Sections 18 (Supervised Contact), 27 (Family Therapy), 29 (Social Group Work), 30 (Support Services), 31 (Family Therapy), and 35 (Intensive Individual Social Pedagogical Support), I accompanied families, children, and young people through difficult phases of their lives. There, I was able to practically apply my psychological knowledge, establish structures, resolve conflicts, and open up new perspectives. In doing so, I became aware of how much parents often try to "manage everything somehow"—and how little space there is to honestly talk about how they are really feeling.

My consulting approach combines psychological knowledge with social work experience. I work empathetically, solution-oriented, and with a focus on everyday life. No pressure, no judgment – just clarity, structure, and support that truly helps.

As a mother, I know many of these challenges from my own experience. I know how profoundly life changes when you take on the responsibility of caring for a child – physically, emotionally, and mentally. The questions, the doubts, the exhaustion, and at the same time, the immense love.

This perspective helps me understand parents not only professionally, but also on a human level. In my counseling, all these feelings are welcome – honestly, without guilt, and without the pressure to "function.".
