As a doula, I'll be there to support you, along with your "team baby." By team baby, I mean your gynecologist, midwife, possibly a childbirth preparation course, possibly an exercise class, and your partner.
I'm here to support you with my knowledge about childbirth, postpartum preparation, and the postpartum period itself, and I'll answer all your questions. We can tailor our approach to your individual needs, and I'll support you every step of the way, because it's about your birth and your baby. In my experience, the most important thing is feeling safe and comfortable. As unpredictable as childbirth can be, it's beneficial to approach this experience with a positive body awareness.
