I offer you personal support around the time of birth and, if you wish, also into the postpartum recovery period.

Good one-on-one support can make your birth a highly energetic and powerful experience that you'll fondly remember. My services are always on an emotional and mental level and are not medical in nature.

I am here, I have an open ear for you and will support you with sound knowledge as well as tips and tricks.

During our meetings, I will support you with a customized offer, for example with relaxing massages or meditative moments.

As a doula, I am part of your birth team and will be by your side throughout the entire birth, if you wish.

The postpartum period is for healing! As your doula, I will fully support you. Whether it's small tasks around the house or reflecting on the birth experience, I am here for you and will help you grow into your new role.

 

Each coaching session is individually and holistically tailored to you and your needs. Once you contact me, we'll get to know each other first. As soon as we feel we're a good fit, we'll begin the coaching.

Depending on which stage of your pregnancy you are in, we will decide how often to schedule our meetings before the birth. Everything at your own pace!
