I'm Anett – a mother, companion, and compassionate person. My own journey through pregnancy, birth, loss, and life with children has profoundly shaped me. With extensive experience, empathy, and an open mind, I support families through all the small and large transitions of parenthood.

Attachment- and needs-based support is not a concept for me, but an attitude: parents and children deserve to be seen – with their feelings, questions, uncertainties, and their own unique stories. In my services, I want to create a safe space where you can arrive just as you are. Without pressure, without expectations, without "this is how it should be.".

In my parent-child classes, the focus is on the free development of children, voluntary participation, and the joy of playing together. The content is tailored to the respective developmental stages of your babies. I offer practical play suggestions (many of which are easy to implement yourself), teach songs and finger games, and invite you to discuss topics that are currently important to you – such as bonding, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, babywearing, sleep, introducing solids, communication, baby massage, or mindful baby handling based on the concept of kinaesthetics infant handling.

My wish is that you feel empowered, seen, and less alone. That you leave my offerings with more self-confidence and a new sense of ease.
