Weaning made easy - Live weaning workshop via Zoom

Online

At some point, all parents ask themselves these questions:

When are babies ready for their first meal alongside (breast) milk?
What should be considered when introducing complementary foods?
How should I introduce complementary foods? Purees? Baby-led weaning? Or maybe a mix?
What is the difference between feeding and independent eating?
How can I gradually transition to a healthy family diet?
When it's better to give breast milk, water, or formula.
Which foods are recommended and forbidden in the first year of life

Questions, questions upon questions.

In this Zoom workshop on introducing solid foods, you'll learn everything you need to know from the comfort of your sofa. The focus is on providing you with all the information you need about purees, finger foods, and baby-led weaning, so that you and your family can then find your own way to introduce solids.

All you need is a PC/laptop, a tablet or a smartphone.
After registering, you will receive all further information by email, including a link that will take you directly to the ZOOM meeting room.

The workshop lasts 2 hours and costs €25.00 per person. You can register directly via my website.

Anyone who has a child knows this:

At some point, the question arises: what comes after breast milk or formula? When should little ones start solid food? What's the best way to introduce complementary foods? What are they even allowed to eat?

So many questions. It's easy to lose track.

It's a huge milestone, and with the first solid food our little ones are eating, we hope we're laying a healthy foundation for their entire lives. We want them to always enjoy healthy food.

Unfortunately, the weaning period often becomes an incredibly stressful time for us parents. We feel confused and sometimes even pressured by the many different recommendations and personal accounts.

I am a mother of two wonderful sons myself and was in exactly the same situation with my firstborn son.

As the only certified infant and toddler nutrition consultant in the Hanover region, an EISL breastfeeding consultant, and a DELFI®️ course instructor, I specialize in all nutritional topics up to preschool age. I don't just rely on the recommendations of one professional association, but consider a wide range of recommendations as well as the anatomical and natural characteristics of infants.

I offer in-person and online group consultations and workshops where I can provide information on various topics.
We can also arrange an appointment for an individual consultation, in which I will discuss your needs as a family in detail and individually, including your mother, father, your child and you as a family.
