BellyBagButt® – superMAMAfitness

BauchBeutelPo is a holistic indoor workout for mothers with children up to about one year old. The workout includes movement, strengthening, and relaxation exercises, offering a time of well-being and bonding for both mother and child. The exercises are tailored to the specific needs of new mothers. During the workout, the baby can be in a carrier with the mother. The child is welcome to participate in exercises on the mat. There is no obligation. Mothers can care for their children at any time and are free to decide when they want to integrate their child into the workout. Children are also welcome to crawl around the room, play on the mats, or watch their mothers work out.

Course duration: 8 units of 60 minutes each
