Attachment-oriented playgroup (2-6 months)

Hello and welcome!

BabySteps® is an attachment-oriented course for parents with babies in their first year of life.

Like in a playgroup, we play, sing, and do crafts together. In addition, you'll receive expert knowledge to help you navigate everyday life with your baby.

Each hour includes a presentation on one of the following topics: bonding, milk (breastfeeding/bottle feeding), babywearing, baby sleep, complementary feeding and communication with your baby.

The small, consistent group size creates a safe and supportive environment, giving you the opportunity to connect with other parents from Brandenburg an der Havel and the surrounding area. Because, unfortunately, I know how lonely the baby stage can be. With my course, you're no longer alone.

The course for babies who are still lying down is ideal for babies from around 2 months old, right after the postpartum period. The play activities are perfect for babies who aren't yet able to move around independently. The course is suitable until around 6 months, as many babies start crawling at this age, and the course structure might no longer be appropriate for your child. Additionally, starting solids will change your family's daily routine. However, this isn't a strict age limit, as every child is unique. The course can be attended continuously. The individual course modules offer you the opportunity to join the course at any time. After a module is over, I look forward to seeing you again in the next course. I'm happy to guide you through your baby's first year.
