Baby Yoga meets Mama Yoga
Moving, breathing, singing, massage and relaxation - babies love yoga.
Moms too ;-)
Practicing yoga together promotes health, creates space for optimal development on both a physical and mental level, and beautifully strengthens the bond between you and your baby. All the senses are stimulated, and the body's systems are harmonized. Regular practice improves your baby's digestion and sleep patterns, brings them into balance, supports early childhood development, and makes babies more content.
Children learn more in their first three years of life than in the rest of their lives combined. The foundations of their personality development are laid during this time. It's no wonder, then, that all experiences gained during this period – whether positive or negative – are particularly significant. Many happy yoga moments are therefore all the more precious during infancy!
We combine baby yoga with postpartum yoga for mothers after pregnancy.
The focus is on strengthening your entire body, as well as the harmonizing effect that targeted exercises have on your baby. For example, baby yoga can have a positive impact on digestion, sleep, and the bond between mother and child. Gentle exercises for your pelvic floor and strengthening asanas for your core give you strength, energy, and relaxation in equal measure.
There are also some interactive exercises to do with your baby that show you how well yoga can be integrated into everyday life with a baby.
At the end of each hour, there is of course a relaxation phase, which promotes inner peace and brings new serenity.
This course is a certified preventative health course and is subsidized by most health insurance companies with at least €75. If you would like to inquire about the exact amount with your health insurance company, you can do so using the course ID: KU-ST-4LPCT8.
