Hello, I'm Mareike – mom of two little whirlwinds, cloth diaper consultant, and elimination communication coach. My passion? Supporting parents in finding loving and mindful ways to navigate their everyday family life.
Through my work with cloth diapers and the elimination communication (EC) method, I demonstrate how sustainable, uncomplicated, and above all, beautiful it can be to be closely attuned to a baby's needs. Nonviolent communication is particularly important to me – as it forms the basis for a trusting bond between parents and child.
