Hey dear (expectant) mothers.
I am Carina; certified breastfeeding consultant (DAIS) and doula.
Furthermore, I have extensive and continuous training and further education in other areas related to pregnancy, birth and baby.
As a mother of two daughters myself, I've experienced your current situation firsthand and therefore support you not only with expertise and evidence-based knowledge, but also with understanding and authenticity. I offer ongoing one-on-one support, courses and workshops, or individual consultations for all topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Depending on the topic and your preferences, consultations can take place in my practice, at your home, online, or via email.
A particular focus of my services is massage based on Therapeutic Women's Massage, which I can use to support you in all women-specific areas. For example, if you are trying to conceive, during pregnancy, in preparation for childbirth, to promote breastfeeding, and to support postpartum recovery.
