Nicole Maeding
As a postpartum doula, you, as a "newborn" mother, are my main focus.
I offer you practical help, a listening ear and helping hands during your postpartum period and, if needed, beyond.
My work is therefore the perfect complement to your midwife, picking up exactly where her work usually ends due to time constraints. Of course, I am happy to coordinate closely with your midwife if needed. Or I can support you if you unfortunately haven't been able to find a midwife.
I listen to you, take plenty of time for conversations and your personal, very individual needs.
For example, I can do your shopping and run errands, accompany you and your baby to doctor's appointments or visits to government offices, support and advise you on baby care, and pamper and nurture you. Together, we'll reorganize and restructure your daily life with a baby.
And incidentally, you also benefit from my experience and expertise on topics such as breastfeeding, relaxation techniques, baby nutrition, baby sleep or baby massage.
With my practical help after the birth, you can fully enjoy the postpartum period with your baby.
Often, the health insurance companies even cover the costs of my services.
So, feel free to contact me and tell me how I can support you.
I'm looking forward to seeing you and your baby!
Warm regards
Nicole
