Lia Diekert
Hello, I am Lia Diekert, proud mother of two wonderful children and trained educator/integration educator.
Back in 2016, during my early childhood education training, I completed my thesis on "Nonviolent Communication." Following this, I gained two years of professional experience working in a day program for children with social and emotional challenges. These wonderful children taught me that they needed a rock in the storm, someone to support them when they encountered difficulties. My role was to catch children from difficult backgrounds, strengthen them, and help them become more resilient. In 2018, after completing TÜV-certified training as an inclusion specialist, I decided to continue my career at a special needs school. There, bullying was commonplace. Due to staffing shortages and the heavy workload of educators and teachers, they often lacked the direct awareness to recognize the problem.
Therefore, in 2023 I decided to pursue further training in "Assertiveness Training and Resilience Training" as well as "Nonviolent Communication" to prepare and empower children for these situations. For several years I have been training children in schools on "Nonviolent Communication" and how to deal with "bullying," and I would now like to expand my scope.
Because if even a tiny spark of personal strength remains in my mind, then I've done everything right 🙂
I am a state-certified educator and integration educator and also work according to the concept of “STRONG EVEN WITHOUT MUSCLES“.
