I've been a mother since January 2024, a sports therapist and yoga teacher with various advanced training courses in the pre- and postpartum field. After suffering from myocarditis in 2019, I discovered my passion for sports and health.
My mission: To create a safe space for (expectant) mothers to become strong and fit together! 🙂
