Katrin Stenzel
I am Katrin Stenzel, mother of two wonderful children and happily based at the Zollverein World Heritage Site.
I've experienced a lot in my life and have always been searching for myself. Therefore, I can present myself with a colorful and varied life story, where every step and every experience has been valuable. Nothing in life is constant. Everything is in flux, and so the last few years have been characterized by change. The catalyst for all of this was the birth of my daughter and the new life with a child. She gave me the motivation to reconnect with my roots and to free myself more and more from the beliefs of my childhood.
In addition, I have completed many small training courses that make up my expertise today:
– Breastfeeding consultant
– Babywearing consultant
– Cloth diaper consultant
– Diaper-Free Coach
– Specialist in education for high sensitivity (giftedness as a related topic)
My high sensitivity and emotional intensity mean I perceive many things differently and much more intensely. Now I can see it as a gift and above all want to support and assist parents in their new life situation with a child, where they are often bombarded with a barrage of advice and it becomes difficult to find their own way.
Furthermore, since this year (2023) I have been working with Reiki energy and accompanying people on their journey to self-discovery. In addition to the energy itself, I also incorporate the subconscious mind, belief systems, and the inner child into my work.
