Anna Becker
Namaste, how wonderful that you found your way to me. My name is Anna and I am delighted to be able to accompany you on your personal journey as a (soon-to-be) mother.
My journey of personal development began around 2016 during a company outing to a yoga studio. At the time, I came away from this first yoga experience with the conclusion that yoga was simply "lying down and breathing." Two years later, however, motivated by a friend, I ventured back to a yoga studio in my hometown, and what can I say? This time I returned and learned over time that yoga is so much more than "lying down and breathing." At the beginning of 2020, due to the Corona pandemic, my path led me to Sinah Diepold, Sophia Thora, and Simon Park of Kale & Cake in Munich, and the magic of yoga captivated me once again—in a completely different way. So much so, in fact, that at the beginning of 2021 I decided to undertake a 200-hour Liquid Flow Yoga teacher training with Kale & Cake, making one of the most valuable decisions of my life. And what can I say? Once in the bubble, training as a yoga teacher was followed by training as a psychological yoga coach according to the Nivata method, a 25-hour prenatal yoga training and training as a spiritual life coach by Laura Malina Seiler.
Today I accompany (expectant) mothers on the path of what is probably the biggest transformation of their lives.
