Cindy Schmidt
My name is Cindy, and I live with my husband and two children at the foot of the Schwanberg mountain in Rödelsee. Before I had children, I underestimated how demanding breastfeeding and adjusting them to family life would be. From the age of four months, I tried various baby foods – without success.
I conducted extensive research and acquired comprehensive knowledge of attachment-based and needs-oriented parenting. In November 2022, I completed my training as an attachment-oriented family support specialist at the BFB Institute. I am now looking forward to supporting families with sensitive topics such as breastfeeding, sleep, and introducing solids.
