I am a mother of two sons, whom I carried from birth. I live with my family in West Münsterland.
My personal babywearing journey is sadly drawing to a close, but I still want to support many families and help them achieve pain-free, ergonomic, and bonding-promoting babywearing. I have been a certified babywearing consultant since 2023. I am also a contact person for regulatory disorders (excessive crying in infants), a pelvic floor fitness trainer, and a parent-child course instructor.
