In my buggyFit classes you can experience all of this: We exercise together outdoors, surrounded by nature, while your baby is always with you. Here you can do something good for yourself, recharge your batteries and at the same time meet other mothers who know exactly how you feel.
The exercises are perfectly tailored to your needs, whether you're just starting out after postpartum recovery or have been active for a while.
