Hi, I'm Anna from Stadthagen, Schaumburg, and I've been offering Hypnobirthing courses (mental birth preparation) since the beginning of 2026, as I had two positive birth experiences myself using this method. I want to empower women, give them valuable tools, and instill confidence in the birth process.
