Dance classes for mothers with babies, pregnant women and all women who want to combine dancing with gentle pelvic floor training.

Don't want to come alone with your baby? No problem, grandma or your best friend - you're all very welcome!

The courses take place every Tuesday at the Halloween Horror Nights Club, Haus Am Oberwald 30, 76448 Durmersheim. A free trial lesson is possible at any time!

 

We dance in a relaxed atmosphere to have fun; there's also a comfortable couch for breastfeeding or resting. Ample parking is available, and the surrounding area is perfect for a stroll when the weather is nice.

The 5- and 10-card system ensures maximum flexibility.
