As a doubly qualified sleep consultant for babies & toddlers (certified by both the Artgerecht Project and the Association for Holistic Children's Sleep) and breastfeeding consultant (DAIS) with several years of experience, I provide support with questions and concerns related to sleep.
In doing so, I take into account the needs of the whole family, but above all the child's developmental stage and physiology as an infant - I work in a well-founded, holistic and attachment-oriented manner and distance myself from any sleep training.

I will address your individual needs and family situation, treat you with care and respect, and help you understand your child's sleep patterns and develop possible solutions for difficult situations.

In addition to individual Individual consultations I also offer Baby sleep workshops which are particularly suitable for expectant and new parents.
