BiBeBa Your attachment- and relationship-oriented parent-child course

The first year is incredibly beautiful and exciting... so much is new to you, so many questions, so much is changing, and your baby will certainly turn everything upside down...

We want to accompany you through the first year.

Together with other parents and their babies, you'll spend a wonderful time. You'll receive age-appropriate play, movement, and sensory activities for your children, learn elements of baby massage, and deepen your bond with your babies through this shared experience.

Your child will have the opportunity to make early contact with children of the same age.

All topics that will concern you during the first year with your baby will also find their place in the course sessions.
You have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other parents about age- and development-related topics concerning your children. Each session focuses on a specific topic tailored to the age of the babies.

4. Relaxation massage for children
5. Development in the first year of life
6. Carrying/Mobility/Stroller
7. Child car seat after the infant carrier/ Car safety
8. Communication with babies and toddlers
9. Breastfeeding
10. Complementary foods and healthy nutrition
11. Movement
12. Sleep
13. (External) care / settling-in period
14. Mindfulness - Breaks and relaxation in everyday parenting
15. Dental care
16. Children's safety (making the environment safe)
17. Children's independence
18. Consolation
19. Siblings

BiBeBa consists of two course blocks of 12 course hours each.
The first block is for children between 0-6 months, the second block for children between 6-12 months.
