Exercise during pregnancy not only improves your own well-being, but also has a positive effect on your baby.

With this holistic fitness training, we promote mobility, strengthen the cardiovascular system, minimize typical pregnancy discomforts such as back problems, water retention and fatigue, and it helps you get fit again faster after giving birth.

The course consists of cardio, muscle building using body weight or small aids (Theraband, dumbbell,…) as well as a stretching and relaxation phase.

The course is currently being held online via Zoom. As soon as it is permitted again, we will meet in person at the Kokobelly midwifery practice in Mainz's Neustadt district, or outdoors if the weather is good.
