BauchBuggyGo – Fitness with baby in stroller/buggy (outdoor) (superMAMAfitness)

At the freight yard, Hamburg, Germany

BauchBuggyGo is an outdoor workout where your baby is either in a buggy or a baby carrier. If your child doesn't like riding in a buggy, you can simply carry them; almost all babies enjoy that.

The focus is always on the pelvic floor and your core, which need to be toned back into shape after the strain of childbirth. With regular participation combined with a balanced diet, this training brings long-term results without the yo-yo effect!

Mothers with children aged 12 weeks to 3 years are welcome to participate. You have the opportunity to breastfeed, change a diaper, or feed your child at any time.

Advantages of BauchBuggyGo:
- Training in the fresh air
- Endurance training
- Strength training
- Pelvic floor exercises
- Training under instruction

Hello dear moms and dads,

My name is Andrea Gieseke and I am happy that you have found your way to my page.

Even as a small child, I loved playing and doing sports in a group. Somehow, I was never the type to train alone. And after becoming a mom in 2015, I enjoyed training and sharing experiences with like-minded mothers even more. We were all in the same boat. Lack of sleep, teething, growth spurts, etc.—some mom always had a tip, or we simply worked off the tiredness with exercise. Even then, I realized that these shared experiences created an incredible sense of community and made this special time even more special.

With the birth of my second daughter in 2018, I met more wonderful mothers, and I must say, every mother has accomplished something extraordinary and can be very proud of what she has achieved simply through pregnancy and childbirth. That's why it's so important that after giving birth, you do something not only for your child but also for yourself, to regain the feeling of well-being you had before pregnancy.
