Family-Fit – this is a functional whole-body workout for improving mobility, strength and endurance in everyday life for mom & child with cool choreography.

Family-Fit offers many advantages:

The 8-week course costs €119 for mothers and €69 for children. These costs are subsidized by all statutory health insurance companies under code 80%.

The flexible Power Women's subscription costs €49 per month for mothers. The children's subscription costs €29 per month. (See course subscription details)
