Kangatraining is the perfect workout for you with your baby in a carrier! Get fit again, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, and connect with other moms!
My babywearing consultant will be present again at the start of the course to answer questions, adjust the carriers correctly, and bring many models to try out.

You are welcome to take trial lessons or join the course at any time!

Hello,
My name is Carolin, I am 38 years old and a mother of Felix and Lene!

I've been a Kangatraining instructor since 2018 and teach classes in Norderstedt. I look forward to meeting lots of moms who want to train with me, share experiences, and have fun together!

The mix of dance, strengthening and pelvic floor exercises was perfect for me as a new mom, and I got really fit again with the baby! Kangatraining is very varied and really caters to the physical needs of new moms (except for the sleep deprivation :-)).

I'm looking forward to seeing you and your baby!
