Mama & Baby Fitness is a training program specifically designed for mothers. Mom exercises, and so does your baby, because every class includes exercises to support your baby's motor skills and development. This course is suitable for all mothers who want to exercise together with their baby after postpartum recovery. Targeted training combining the best of Pilates, yoga, back strengthening, pelvic floor exercises, and fitness comes together here. Specifically designed and healthy for mothers.
