If you're currently in a deep crisis, we'll first make sure you regain your footing. Stability first, then looking ahead.<\/p>\n
Sometimes it's about finding your bearings after a separation. If you're raising your children alone or with a co-parent, we'll explore how you can create a sense of security for yourself and your children, even if the other parent is unavailable or uncooperative. You're not powerless. Within your means, you can achieve more than you might think.<\/p>\n
Vielleicht kannst du gerade gar nicht genau sagen, was los ist. Du merkst nur, dass dein Leben sich nicht mehr gut anf\u00fchlt und mehr Energie zieht, als es dir gibt. Manchmal geht es um die Ersch\u00f6pfung, die aus Mental Load und st\u00e4ndiger Verantwortung w\u00e4chst: F\u00fcr die Kinder, die Eltern, die Kolleg*innen und was sonst eben noch so ansteht. Weil du’s kannst. Weil\u2018s sonst keiner tut. Dass du nach all der Zeit v\u00f6llig platt bist und nicht mehr wei\u00dft woher du die Kraft nehmen sollst, weil f\u00fcr dich unter den ganzen To Dos sowieso keine Zeit bleibt, ist absolut nachvollziehbar.<\/p>\n
Much of this is older than you. It's embedded in what we women are taught from an early age, in patterns we've absorbed without ever having chosen them.<\/p>\n
Ich bin hier, um dich dabei zu begleiten, mutig und voller Vertrauen deinen eigenen Weg zu gehen, frei von \u00e4u\u00dferen Erwartungen und Zw\u00e4ngen. Ballast loszulassen, von dem du l\u00e4ngst wei\u00dft, dass er nicht mehr zu dir geh\u00f6rt. Weg von „ich muss“ und hin zu „Ich will. Ich darf. Ich kann. Ich werde“. Gemeinsam finden wir heraus, was DIR wichtig ist und was du dir w\u00fcnschst. Wer du jenseits all der Rollen eigentlich bist. Und dann \u00fcbersetzen wir das in kleine, machbare Schritte, die wirklich in dein Leben passen, mit allem, was dazu geh\u00f6rt. Damit du ein Leben f\u00fchrst, das dich erf\u00fcllt, gl\u00fccklich macht und zu dir passt.<\/p>\n
Nachdem ich mir in unseren ersten Gespr\u00e4chen ein Bild von dir und deiner Situation gemacht habe, arbeiten wir auch online interaktiv und erlebnisorientiert. Du musst daf\u00fcr nichts kaufen, wir arbeiten mit dem, was du zu Hause hast. Du suchst dir in deiner Wohnung ein paar Gegenst\u00e4nde, und damit machen wir deine Themen erlebbar. Coaching darf auch Spa\u00df machen.<\/p>\n
I don't need to know everything you've accomplished before you got here. I know it was a lot. And that there's so much more inside you than you realize right now. I'm not saying it will be easy. But I'm here, and I believe in you. You can do this.<\/p>\n
