During the ceremony, we focus entirely on the expectant mother.<\/p>\n<p>A Blessingway is a mindful ritual inspired by the traditions of indigenous peoples. It is an invitation to friends, sisters, mothers, and companions to offer the pregnant woman appreciation, love, and strength in a safe and supportive space. The focus is not on material gifts, but on emotional support and connection with other women before birth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was dich erwartet &#8211; <\/strong>Individually tailored rituals that can be designed according to wishes and group, for example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blessings &amp; Birth Affirmations<\/li>\n<li>Creating a birth bracelet<\/li>\n<li>Birthstone painting<\/li>\n<li>Foot baths, massages &amp; ointments<\/li>\n<li>Candle ritual or creation of a birth candle<\/li>\n<li>Belly painting or plaster cast of the baby bump<\/li>\n<li>Meditation or sound journey<\/li>\n<li>Common thread \u2013 binding ritual<\/li>\n<li>Shared meal &amp; group discussion<\/li>\n<li>Painting a birth shirt \u2013 a creative symbol of power for the birth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Together we will create an unforgettable experience \u2013 for you as an expectant mother and for everyone who accompanies you on your journey.<\/p>\n<p>For whom: Pregnant women, from the 6th month of pregnancy onwards.<br \/>\nLocation: At your home or a location of your choice (outdoors also possible)<br \/>\nDuration: approx. 2\u20134 hours<\/p>\n<p>including materials<\/p>\n<p><strong> Also ideal as a gift for a pregnant friend.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alternativ zum Babyshower-Ritual biete ich als Doula eine liebevoll gestaltete Blessingway-Zeremonien an.
