It can be particularly helpful with problems such as long periods of wakefulness at night, very early waking times (before 5:30 a.m.), long time to fall asleep, frequent nighttime awakenings, or irregular daytime sleep patterns.<\/li>\n<li>You will keep a sleep log for six days, which I will then analyze.
